Returns and exchanges
You may return unused stationery within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in the condition you received it and the packaging is intact. For hygiene and copyright reasons, opened ink, paint and sealed sticker packs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address and reference number. Once the parcel arrives and is inspected, we will confirm the refund by email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of approval. Shipping costs are refunded only when the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent.
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take photos of the item and the box. Send them to us within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
